Why isn't my extension working properly?

Make sure you have the latest version of the extension! Updating the extension often solves any issues.

Social media platforms are constantly making changes. Unfortunately, some of those changes impact or interfere with how the extensions interact with the platform. When that happens, our developers are quick to find a solution and upload a new version to the Chrome Store.

Because of these constant changes out of our control, we ask for some patience while we resolve any issues.

How do I change my billing information?

Please email us at [email protected] and we will point  you in the right direction depending on the product you need to update.

How do I cancel my account?

Simply email us at [email protected] with the subject “Cancel” and let us know what subscription you would like to cancel.

How do I update an extension?

In a perfect world, Chrome will automatically update your extensions for you. But sometimes that can take up to a week! But rest assured, if you notice an issue, you can easily update your extensions manually so it is effective right away. To do so, click the grey blob (looks like a paint splatter) in the top right corner of your browser. Click “manage extensions” and toggle to Developer mode (top right corner) Now all you have to do is click on “Update” on the top left, and Chrome will make sure all of your extensions are the latest versions.
